WARREN, MI – Today Congressman Andy Levin (MI-09) announced that the IRS will continue to provide tax credits to help local small businesses cover the costs of providing paid sick and family leave for workers through September.
The Equal Dignity for Married Taxpayers Act would remove gender-specific references to marriage, such as “husband” and “wife,” from the U.S. tax code and replace them with terms such as “married couple” and “spouse.”
